Ambassador Program

The Montgomery Regional Chamber’s Ambassador Program invites members to join a respected team of volunteers dedicated to representing the Chamber throughout the community. Ambassadors serve as the welcoming face of the organization, building visibility and creating meaningful connections at key Chamber events—including Business After Hours, 60-Minute Coffees, and Ribbon Cuttings. In addition to supporting these signature gatherings, Ambassadors play a vital role in strengthening membership growth, promoting engagement, and enhancing the overall member experience. Their presence helps cultivate a vibrant, inclusive business community and ensures new and existing members feel supported, informed, and connected.

Ambassador Requirements:

• The Ambassador term spans one calendar year (February 2026 – January 2027).
• The annual Ambassador Committee fee is $100 per person and is non-refundable.
• Applications and fees must be submitted by January 9, 2026.
• Your company must be a Montgomery Regional Chamber member in good standing for you to serve as an Ambassador.
• If you choose to run for public office during your term, you must resign from the Ambassador Program.
• You must have your employer’s permission to participate in the program.
• Ambassadors must recruit at least one (1) new Chamber member during their term.
• All Ambassadors are expected to assist with new member recruitment, new member deliveries, ribbon-cutting photo deliveries, retention visits, mentor initiatives, and other engagement opportunities that arise.
• Ambassadors must sign in at all required events. Sign-in sheets will be located at registration tables or the main entrance. Credit will not be given without signing in.
• Ambassadors are required to wear business attire at all events. Name badges must be worn. The Chamber will provide one (1) badge at the start of the year; additional badges may be purchased for $30 (payment required before ordering).

• Quarterly Meetings

• Ribbon Cuttings

Dates for required events will be given once the Ambassador schedule is finalized, and reminders will be shared in advance of each event. Ambassador participation will be reviewed quarterly to ensure all requirements are being met.
