Join us for an evening of networking, learning, and motivation featuring Ashley Jernigan, Founder and Principal of JDB Hospitality, LLC. Ashley will share her "Espresso-monial"—a shot of inspiration detailing her journey in business, leadership, and community impact.

About Ashley Jernigan:
Ashley Jernigan is the Founder and Principle of JDB Hospitality, LLC, a destination management firm that helps communities curate one of a kind experiences for residents and visitors alike across Central Alabama. Her firm has led projects such as the City of Montgomery’s annual Anniversary of the Montgomery Bus Boycott and Memorial for Congressman John Lewis, the Montgomery City-County Public Library’s Dinner on Dexter fundraiser and the State of Alabama’s Bicentennial Celebration. In addition to running a business, Ashley is Faculty Trainer for Troy University’s Continuing Education and Outreach Dept training across the state on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Leadership Development & Communication Skills. She and her husband Ashley serves on the board for the State of Alabama’s Tourism Department and has been featured in the Central Alabama Inc., Southern Living, Montgomery Business Journal, AL Metro 360, Black Enterprise and Huffington Post just to name a few. She holds a degree in Public Relations from Alabama State University and a MBA from Georgia State University. Ashley and her husband Carl have two children Ashton and Helena and are co-owners of an Investment Property company, C&A Jernigan Properties, LLC which owns an Event Venue, Venue 901, and an Airbnb.
