Bradley Adds John Howard as Counsel
MONTGOMERY, Ala. (Feb. 2, 2023) – Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that John Howard has joined the firm as counsel in the Real Estate Practice Group. He brings more than 20 years of commercial transaction and financing experience to the firm, building on the broad range of services Bradley provides to its clients. While his practice is focused on commercial real estate and development, Mr. Howard has substantial experience with a wide range of corporate legal matters.
Prior to joining Bradley, Mr. Howard was a shareholder at a boutique business law firm and served as general counsel for a company that owned and operated over 200 nationally branded restaurant locations throughout the Southeast. He is a graduate of the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University and earned his Bachelor of Arts from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia.
