BALCH & BINGHAM WELCOMES EIGHT NEW ASSOCIATES
Balch & Bingham is pleased to welcome eight new associates to the firm: Cody Austin, Nicholas Elliot Brown, Katherine Carey, John Collier, Tripp DeMoss, Christy Boardman Kuklinski, Samantha Renshaw, and Lindsey Yerby. These attorneys will work across the firm’s footprint in its nationally recognized Banking & Financial Services, Energy, Corporate & Commercial, Public Policy & Government Relations and Litigation Practices.
Tripp DeMoss joins the Montgomery office as a member of the Litigation Practice. Tripp earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2017 and previously worked in private practice for another firm. He has experience with cases involving a variety of claims including premises liability, labor and employment, civil rights, and construction defects. Prior to entering private practice, he clerked for the Honorable R. Austin Huffaker, Jr. in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Alabama. Tripp previously served as a legislative aide in the U.S. House of Representatives, as a legislative officer in the U.S. Department of Labor, and as a government affairs/regulatory attorney at a prominent Alabama trade association. Tripp is licensed to practice in Alabama and the District of Columbia.
