The Member Information Center (MIC) is your one-stop shop for enhancing your profile on montgomerychamber.com and increasing your digital presence online. In just three easy steps, you’ll gain access to the MIC, where you can manage your profile, renew your membership post events and add deals. Here’s how to get started: Request a log-in via an email to skelley@montgomerychamber.com. Follow the link in the login email to create a username and password. Take control of your company’s profile. Update information, pay your dues and post events, job opportunities or member deals.
The MIC’s online benefits let you:
- View and edit your company information, which automatically updates the member listing on your public website.
- Submit jobs and events for approval.
- View statistical reports.
- Pay your bills.
- Post status updates, videos, links and photos in the Dashboard social feed.
- Use advanced search filters to find other members.
- “Favorite” a member or rep for easier access later.
- Download vCard information in order to auto-populate contact lists in Outlook, Google Contacts or other programs.
- Add others to your employee/rep list and invite them to create a login account.
- Update your payment profile (if using automatic recurring ACH or credit card billing).
- Open to the specific MIC page when logging in.
Don’t miss out on a new product available through this year’s TRC. The Enhanced Package includes all of the basic package features (member name, address and phone number displayed in the online directory search results), your member name hyperlinked to your Member Information page, and the web description/text content area where you can include a description of your business, results summary, hours of operation, driving directions and an additional bulleted description. But, the Enhanced Listing allows you to have unlimited characters for keywords, and all the web photo and image selections are available, which include a search results icon, logo image, a photo gallery, video and a map image.
Enhancing your listing is a great way for smaller businesses with smaller budgets to have a presence online. Just secure a unique URL for your business and have it directed to your directory listing page. For less than $200 a year, you can literally have your own custom website and URL set up to start driving additional business and revenues.
