The Montgomery Chamber’s Military Affairs team is dedicated to the protection and growth of the Montgomery-River Region’s military installations and missions which generate over $2.6B in annual economic impact and account for more than 20% of the region’s GDP. Our defense community-based military affairs programs are built on a foundation of collaboration, advocacy, and unwavering support for our military community. ADVONTM connects military spouses with leading Montgomery-area employers, strengthening our local workforce while enhancing the stability and well-being of military families. Meanwhile, the Wright Flyers provide direct advocacy and volunteer support to improve the quality of life for service members and their families. Together, these programs help protect, grow, and celebrate Montgomery’s military presence for the benefit of our community and economy.
