If a package is lost, it’s time to begin your incident response, which should include assessing the situation (knowing what’s in the package, where was it going, who was supposed to receive it, when it was supposed to arrive, etc. CLA recovery systems notify the recipient via email and SMS with a message that the package has been delayed, but also with the assurance that Uni Logistics will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
ESSENTIAL ELEMENT: BACKUP
CLA houses the data in the cloud, therefore orders are held for five years or more before moving to the archive folder. All high critical incidents are highlighted in red with the solution response. This tool also performs automated backups using AWS (Amazon Web Services). This AWS Backup is a fully managed backup service that makes it easy to centralize and automate the back up of data across AWS services in the cloud, as well as on premises using the AWS Storage Gateway.
