How long have you been with Parking Management Company? For two years, and I am the City Manager here in Montgomery.
What services does the company provide? We provide the highest level of valet services for various properties and events.
What sets PCM’s services apart? We currently employ thousands across the country, and our valet attendants understand they are very often the first contact a customer will have when they arrive. We pride ourselves on providing a world-class first and last impression to facilitate our clients’ vision of the customer experience.
Who are the company’s primary clients? We consider every client our “primary client,” but we provide services for weddings, private events, hotel parking/valet services, and we also manage parking garages.
What does your job entail? My job duties are to make sure that I am finding the right candidates to carry out our clients’ expectations, so I help groom future leaders and build our client base.
What’s your favorite thing about your work? My favorite thing is making new leaders and getting great feedback from my clients. I love hearing that we are going above their expectations.
Any recent milestones? We have grown to three properties here in the Montgomery area. We started out with only one a year ago, and we plan to continue to grow in this market.
What are your interests outside of work? I like to go swimming, bike riding and shooting pool.
