Eugene Tinker, CEO of Certified Technical Experts, Inc. (CTE), is a member of the Chamber’s Board of Directors and maintains contracts through the SBA for the United States Air Force.
 
HISTORY: Certified Technical Experts, Inc. (CTE) is an established 8(a) certified small business, with a number of professional and commercial certifications including ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 27001:2013 certified, CMMI SVC Level 3 certified, GSA - IT/Cloud Services Contract Holder and AWS Cloud Premier Partner. Additionally, CTE is a marketing/branding and medical consulting firm with its main operating headquarters just north of Atlanta, Georgia. CTE is successful in focusing on providing information technology solutions, marketing/advertising and clinical staffing support to clients in the DoD, federal civilian agencies, technology organizations as well as commercial entities.
 
WHAT ARE CTE’S PRIMARY SERVICES?
CTE’s primary services fall under four categories.

1. Information Technology Solutions: Amazon Web Services (AWS) iCloud development and implementation, information assurance, legacy system modernization and maintenance plus custom application development.
2. Medical Support Services: contracting with the CDC on various projects including disease outbreak surveys ranging from Zika, Ebola, Measles, HIV and prescription drugs. CTE created AWS Cloud tools around these outbreaks that have helped the CDC minimize spreading by utilizing their epidemiologist, scientist, nurses, lab technicians and microbiologist.
3. Professional Training and Development: offering program/project management, e-learning, curriculum development and educational consultant services.
4. Innovative Marketing and Branding: highlighted with event production/ management, branding and image ideation, marketing automation, SEM, SEO, SMM, surveys and polls with video marketing and development as well.
