Montgomery Chamber unveils updated Montgomery Business Journal design
New features explore more aspects of business community
MONTGOMERY, Ala. – Wednesday the Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce released the January/February issue of the Montgomery Business Journal which is the first issue published featuring an updated design and layout and new features and recurring sections.
Chamber members should receive their copy by mail this week and additional copies are available to pick up at the Chamber’s office at 41 Commerce Street. It is also available online at http://bit.ly/MBJJANFEB.
For eight years the magazine has served as the primary trusted resource for business news and information in the region. It will now include several new recurring sections such as “HashtagMGM,” which highlights the latest in personalities, events and initiatives that enhance pride of place for the region. The new Chamber Connect section will introduce readers to staff and resources that can help grow business.
The magazine will still include unique features and articles that reflect the local business climate, a “Powerhouse Q&A” with CEOs and leaders, all the latest member and business news and, and the community events and Chamber news coverage readers expect.
Building on a history of success, the Chamber joined in a collaboration with member business exploreMedia and Publisher Pam Mashburn to take the publication to the next level. exploreMedia provides a turn-key solution and allows the Chamber to be more efficient with budget and resources to produce the magazine. This collaboration aims to make the magazine self-sustaining, while increasing distribution, and increasing awareness in the community of the impact of the Chamber and its members.
