Montgomery was one of only three counties awarded multiple SEEDS grants. The funding will support the development of two critical industrial sites and complement the $3.5 billion in advanced manufacturing projects already in progress. “The Chamber’s strong partnership approach to economic development has been so successful, and these SEEDS grant awards will ensure we are leaning forward with those same partners to be ready for growth and new job opportunities,” said Anna Buckalew, President & CEO of the Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce.

Ray Roton, Chairman of the Montgomery Water Works & Sanitary Sewer Board, emphasized the collaboration that made this success possible. “This achievement reflects the strength of our partnerships with the Water Board, the Chamber, and Goodwyn Mills & Cawood. Together, we are ensuring that Montgomery remains a top destination for businesses looking to invest and grow.” These grants will unlock new development opportunities, drive industrial expansion, and sustain economic prosperity for the Montgomery region.
