    The National Federation of the Blind of Alabama Montgomery Chapter is hosting a seminar addressing employment issues concerning being "Able to Work" being blind.

    The workshop will cover topics the stereotypes and misconception of individuals with a visual impairment, accommodations in the workplace, social interaction with coworkers, and the Americans with Disability Act.

    Employers and HR Professionals don't miss out on the panel discussion which will consist of blind employees.
