Interested in doing business with the Montgomery Housing Authority (MHA). During this procurement training webinar, participants will learn the basic requirements needed to do business with the MHA. As a HUD-funded authority, MHA mandates that all contractors meet federal requirements to ensure workers, public housing residents, and certain minority, women, or disadvantaged business enterprises benefit from the use of federal funds.
MHA seeks to do business with firms and organizations that have the technical and financial capacity to provide quality products and services. MHA’s standards include industry best practices that promote accountability, transparency, and efficiency in our procurement processes.

The workshop will be presented by MHA procurement representatives.
Select small business participants attending this training will be given an opportunity to virtually present their “Capabilities Pitch” to showcase their products and services directly to MHA to procurement decision-makers and small business contracting specialists from 1:00 - 2:30 pm. Small businesses will be allowed 7 to 10 minutes to pitch their businesses. This is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The event is an online training. Instructions for signing in to the session will be forwarded to participants in a separate email 30 minutes before the event to join the ZOOM meeting. Once signed in to ZOOM, you will be placed in a virtual waiting room and admitted individually.
