    This event is targeted for folks who have a COVID application pending, COVID application in reconsideration, COVID application in appeal. Office Hours will be a general discussion based on most common reasons for denial and how to overcome those denials. This is not a case-by-case in which sensitive information is shared. DO NOT SHARE personal information.
    PRIOR TO EVENT: Come prepared with your application, know key facts about your application such as:
    Current stage of the application (new, modification/increase, reconsideration, appeal, etc.)
    Date you were declined
    Reason for decline
    Date you submitted your reconsideration (if applicable)
    Download a copy of your application from the portal or request a copy from foia@sba.gov (if you did not save a copy or can’t access portal).
    Have your 2019 tax documentation available for your own review.
