Fall Festival
-
Name: Fall FestivalDate: September 22, 2024Time: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM CDTEvent Description:
Fall Festival is a free event that celebrates Montgomery, Alabama’s vibrant creative culture, featuring both local and regional artists from all backgrounds. This free public event features an art market with more than 30 vendors, live music, art demos, and food trucks. The Artist Market is an integral part of Fall Festival; booths feature fine arts and crafts for sale made locally in the River Region.
This year, Fall Festival’s theme will revolve around how art connects us. All artists will live in and make in Alabama.
This event is rain or shine; in the case of inclement weather, activities will be moved indoors.
For those with sensory sensitivities: We recognize that an event of this size can be overwhelming. With that in mind, Kulture City and Alabama Autism Support will be on site both days with resources to assist visitors and Sunday’s Fall Festival is designed to be a quieter day with artmaking activities, music, food, and art demonstrations appropriate for all visitors.Saturday

Artist Market
Support local artists at the Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts’ annual Artist Market! Extended to two days, this event highlights work by artists from across the River Region and the state. Artist Market offers a beautiful array of works in various price ranges, from striking fine art to charming gifts. Work for sale may include visual arts (painting, drawing, mixed media, photography, and digital art), fabric, clothing and accessories, jewelry, and handcrafted items (sculpture, ceramics, glass, and more).
Proceeds from Artist Market benefit the local artist community and educational programming at the Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts.
