High school student groups will be coached by military and industry IT professionals to compete in an application build and pitch competition.
Each high school student team will run and test artificial intelligence models using real data from local industry and government stakeholders. An agile SCRUM master, design thinking coaches, AUM artificial intelligence professors and EdFarm technology and tools experts will be on hand to provide guidance and support.
A 90 sec pitch presentation will be created and presented at the conclusion of the event to provide recommendations to the judges on whether or not artificial intelligence is a good use case in helping to solve the problem and assist in decision making for the client.
All equipment, hardware, software and training will be provided. No prior knowledge or expertise is required.
Prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners.
