Stacia Robinson’s Bio
From Air Force Captain to a leading voice in communications and entrepreneurship, Stacia Robinson has navigated varied and successful paths. Appointed by the Governor as Director of the Alabama Office of Minority Affairs, Stacia is also Agency Principal of BeneChoice Companies, LLC—a benefits and financial choices firm that invests in businesses and organizational development. A proud graduate of Spelman College with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, she began her career in the U.S. Air Force as a communications-computer officer, ascending to the rank of Captain before transitioning to marketing and business ownership.

Stacia was the first African American woman elected to the Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and the founding chairwoman of the Fortitude Foundation for the Montgomery Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. With extensive service on various boards—including Renasant Bank, National Federation of Independent Business, and the Industrial Development Board of the City of Montgomery—Stacia is deeply dedicated to community building and entrepreneurial success. Recognized for her leadership by organizations such as Toastmasters International, Leadership Alabama, and Leadership Montgomery, she continues to uplift others through mentoring, advocacy, and dynamic public speaking.
