The Montgomery County Parks & Recreation Department will be hosting two community Health & Wellness Fairs April 13 and 20.
Free and open to the public, the fairs offer residents a chance to explore healthy living opportunities, meet with community agencies, and learn about local resources available.
The events will also feature the Alabama Cooperative Extension System’s Mobile Nutrition Lab and Health Services Inc.’s Mobile Health Unit.
“We are excited to host two Health & Wellness Fairs this year,” said Montgomery County Commission Chairman Doug Singleton. “An active and healthy lifestyle is key, and these events are a great way for residents to get plugged in to local resources that promote exercise, nutrition, and wellness!”
