Bryant Noel is a senior project leader with Fearless Tech, a Baltimore based company that has recently launched a Montgomery office to support the Program Executive Office for Business Enterprise Systems at Gunter Annex. Bryant brings a wealth of software development, programming, application development and information assurance experience to the local area and is the Brigade Captain for the Code for America Brigade in Montgomery. He is a certified agile SCRUM master and leads HackMGM.
