TYPE OF PROJECT: The Montgomery Housing Authority is seeking qualified, licensed contractors to provide make ready repairs for occupancy to multiple units at three properties, namely Gibbs Village East located at 1701 Terminal Rd., Montgomery, AL 36108, Gibbs Village West located at 2025 Terminal Rd., Montgomery, AL 36108, and Paterson Ct., located at 609 Winnie Street, Montgomery, AL 36104

The responsibility for submitting a response to this QSP at the MHA on or before the stated time and date will be solely and strictly the responsibility of the respondent. The offeror shall wholly absorb all costs incurred in the preparation and presentation of the quote.
Pre-Bid Conference: MHA will not conduct a pre-bid conference for this project. Bidders are encouraged, if needed, to contact MHA’s Project Manager, Scott Standerfer, at wstanderfer@mhatoday.org or by calling 334-531-2628 to view these units prior to submitting a quote.
Deadline: Quotes must be received by Wednesday, April 2, 2025, 12:00 P.M. CST by emailing MHA’s Procurement/Contract Administrator, Sheila Brown, at sbrown@mahtoday.org by the aforementioned date and time. Each bidder shall submit his/her bid amount, per unit, on the Quote Submittal form, prior to the posted deadline, as provided for herein. Note: There are three quote submittal forms (one for each property). To be considered for award of that property, contractor must submit that quote submittal form with pricing. Whereas this is an informal solicitation process, the MHA reserves the right to extend the posted deadline at any time prior to the deadline, if, in the opinion of the CA, it is in the best interests of MHA to do so. MHA will not accept bids submitted to anyone besides the Procurement/Contract Administrator at the aforementioned email address. Late submissions will not be accepted.
