Warren Averett’S MONTGOMERY OFFICE MOVES DOWNTOWN

Montgomery, AL. (January 11, 2024) — Warren Averett CPAs and Advisors has relocated downtown to Montgomery’s Central Business District. As of January 2, 2024, the Montgomery team is operating out of a new workspace at 105 Tallapoosa Street, Suite 300, Montgomery, Alabama 36104.

 The new Montgomery office location is in the historic Winter Loeb Building, which was built in 1903 and features many original and historic features, as well as modern updates. Tallapoosa Street is in Montgomery’s business hub and one of the most visited downtown areas.
The office space blends history with innovation, combining exposed beams and brick walls with upgraded workspaces and new technology. Painted in Warren Averett’s signature blues, greens and grays, the space includes a state-of-the-art training room and multiple conference rooms for client meetings, as well as centers for team collaboration.

 With the new location’s proximity to the Alabama State Capitol, the Legacy Sites, the Rosa Parks Museum and Old Alabama Town, team members will get to experience Montgomery’s rich history and culture at the heart of the city. 

 The new office is also located directly across from Montgomery’s Riverwalk Stadium—home to the Montgomery Biscuits. Another nearby landmark is Montgomery Whitewater, an Olympic-standard recirculating whitewater channel.
