President of Marketing. A proud Montgomery native, Suzanna brings a wealth of experience in digital
marketing, community engagement, and brand development to her new role, where she will oversee all
aspects of the company’s marketing strategy, with a focus on increasing brand visibility and enhancing the
customer experience.
Suzanna brings almost two decades of experience in marketing, with a strong background in commercial real
estate. Prior to joining Lowder New Homes, she served as Vice President of Marketing at Crawford Square
Real Estate Advisors, a prominent commercial real estate and property management firm where she built a
comprehensive marketing program from the ground up. During her time there, she developed and executed
impactful marketing strategies for lifestyle centers across the Southeast. Suzanna’s ability to create
meaningful, results-driven events helped strengthen brand engagement and fostered stronger relationships
between retailers and their customers. She worked closely with retailers to design marketing campaigns that
not only increased foot traffic but also drove sales revenue, benefiting both the retailers and the lifestyle
centers themselves.
