Montgomery understands, maybe more than most, the importance of diversity, of making sure everyone has a seat at the table. That wasn't always the case, but we started the change in the world. Our history gives us a unique perspective. Now its our challenge to keep moving forward, to remember the lessons of the past while creating the opportunities for the future.
Diversity includes men and women of all ages and interests, ethnic backgrounds and communities, as well as businesses of many types and sizes. The Chamber provides a place for all of these perspectives to find a voice. Programs inform and educate, with workshops and seminars, summits celebrating Women in Business and Diversity, a small business speaker series, awards and recognition, and opportunities for networking and collaboration. No idea is too small … or too big.
